Ultimately, reaching a state of peace and harmony. Yoga is not only a physical practice, but also a physiological and spiritual one. It takes patience, diligence and humility to stay on the path as a student of yoga.

From all levels Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Gentle, Restorative, Yin, Chair Yoga to Acupressure Ball Therapy. My intuitive style of teaching stems from my own experiences as a student of yoga. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from this life changing practice.
